Appointment Policy

Arriving later than 10 minutes past your appointment may prevent you from receiving your full scheduled treatment. We will attempt to provide your entire treatment in the time you have left, but if this is not possible, we do reserve the right to reschedule and charge you the applicable cancellation fee (see our Cancellation Policies for further information).

Cancellation / No Show Policy

At Homa Rejuvenation Center, we have established a twenty-four hour Cancellation/No Show Policy to ensure promptness in our guests’ appointments and to show respect for our providers’ time. No-shows or cancellations within twenty-four hours of the scheduled appointment, the credit card on that we have on file will be automatically charged a fee.

At Homa Rejuvenation Center, we strive to provide the highest quality service. To ensure this, we have a strict cancellation/no-show policy. After three instances of no-show or late cancellation, clients must pay in full prior to their appointment time for any future services. This amount is nonrefundable if the policy is violated. However, if a client reschedules prior to 24 hours of the appointment, the amount paid will be credited for future services. We understand that last-minute cancellations do not give us enough time to fill those gaps. By scheduling an appointment, customers agree to our cancellation/no-show policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any of our services or products. At Homa Rejuvenation Center, we strive to achieve the best results for each patient. However, individual results may vary. Further treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired result. For retail items, if defective, we will exchange the product for the same one within 14 days. There are no refunds on gift certificates.

Children Policy

At Homa Rejuvenation Center, we understand that parents may need to bring their infants and children to their appointments. In order to ensure your children’s safety and the comfort of all clients, we kindly request that you make arrangements for childcare prior to your visit. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet Policy

Homa Rejuvenation Center loves animals, but we request that you leave yours at home during your visit.
Should you arrive to your appointment with any pets other than service animal, it will be required that you remove the animal from our facility. Please leave your pet at home to avoid any disruption or inconvenience.
